Sizing guide
The measurements below are body measurements in centimeters, not the finished garment measurements. The cut is built with a little extra room over the chest and shoulders and narrower through the waist - typical for a trained body. If you're between two sizes and train your upper body a lot, we recommend sizing up.
| Size | Chest (cm) | Waist (cm) | Shoulder (cm) | Sleeve length (cm) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 88-92 | 76-80 | 44 | 62 |
| S | 92-96 | 80-84 | 45 | 63 |
| M | 96-102 | 84-90 | 46,5 | 64 |
| L | 102-108 | 90-96 | 48 | 65 |
| XL | 108-114 | 96-102 | 49,5 | 66 |
| XXL | 114-120 | 102-108 | 51 | 67 |
How to measure yourself
- Chest
- Measure around the widest part of your chest, just under the armpits. Keep the tape horizontal and breathe out normally.
- Waist
- Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the navel.
- Shoulder
- Measure from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other, across the back.
- Sleeve length
- Measure from the shoulder seam, down along the outside of the arm, to the wrist, with the arm slightly bent.
